Trattoria ALA is a brand created to bring typical Tuscan cuisine to the heart of Turin with a range of seasonal and genuine products. It was born way back in 1950 and owes its name to its founder Ala Ulivieri of Tuscan origins.
The restaurant stands out for its simple and genuine dishes prepared with strictly fresh seasonal products: porcini mushrooms, fried artichokes, asparagus, stuffed courgette flowers, all at moderate prices.
