INSTAGRAM, THE BENEFITS OF COMPANIES MAKING STORIES

The new buttons introduce new features that allow users to take an action directly on the brand's profile.

It's time to plan a strategy for offering your products directly from the app. If you want to have a better dialogue with your customers, now is not the time to be quiet!

More than 150 million users each month contact businesses directly from Instagram after seeing a Story or Post of interest to them. This is data released by the Facebook Group's Director of Product Marketing, which is working to make it increasingly easy for companies and potential customers to talk directly from the app.

Instagram Stories, with their immersive format, are one of the most direct and engaging ways to communicate. Now, thanks to the introduction of the Shopping feature (introduced in Italy on March 20, 2018), shopping is an even simpler experience, and doing it from Instagram makes it a smart and immediate task. New buttons and functions will also be introduced soon so that we can also make reservations, purchase tickets, and perform a certain action as a direct result of the engagement experience.
